Programs and Services

The Indiana Public Health Foundation provides the following programs and services:

Indiana's Premier Health Awards - The Tony and Mary Hulman Health Achievement Awards Dinner

Affiliations - Organizations are permitted to affiliate with the Indiana Public Health Foundation, Inc. for a small fee for the purposes of fiscal management and/or educational programs.  Affiliates include the Indiana Association of Public Health Physicians and Local Health Department Organization, Inc. (Indiana's State Association for County and City Health Officials) and the Indiana Embalmers' Educational Affiliate (http://indianaembalmers.org).  

ISMA Accredited Continuing Medical Education Provider - The IPHF, Inc. is accredited by the Indiana State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians serving as health officers in all of Indiana's counties and other interested physicians. Educational seminars are conducted for the IAPHP&LHDO, Inc. in February, June, and September.  The IPHF, Inc. is also a Continuing Medical Education provider for the Indiana State Department of Health.

Continuing Education Credits - Educational seminars are conducted for licensed funeral directors and embalmers in June and November.

Fiscal Management Services - fiscal management services are provided for organizations, individual and governmental grants, contracted services, and affiliates. The IPHF, Inc. is registered with the State of Indiana as a vendor.  The Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit public health institute.  All contributions made to the Foundation are tax deductible as charitable contributions.
