The Dr. Helen L. Scheibner Life Science and Public Health Scholarship The Indiana Public Health Foundation, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit corporation, desires to promote interest in careers in public health through awarding a scholarship to students pursuing a degree in public health and life sciences. A scholarship fund is established within the Foundation with the goal of funding scholarships through growth of that fund. The Board of Directors of the Foundation has voted to name the scholarship after its executive director, Helen L.
